The estimates provided by LV Home Concept LLC are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a bid, contract, or offer to perform construction services.

All construction, labor, and installation services are exclusively performed by LIA Construction LLC, a licensed general contractor (NV License #0081510).

LV Home Concept LLC provides design consultation, material selection, and showroom guidance only.

Final pricing, project execution, and scope of work are subject to a separate, formal contract with LIA Construction LLC.

  • Free estimates apply only to non-insurance-related projects. Projects involving insurance claims may incur additional administrative or assessment fees.
  • Complimentary 3D renderings or visualizations are provided as part of a finalized design package. They are included at no cost upon signing a design agreement or contract with LV Home Concept LLC.
  • All offers and services are subject to availability and the discretion of LV Home Concept LLC.

Warranties and Guarantees

Each project undertaken by LV Home Concept comes with a customized warranty, reflecting the scope and nature of the work performed. Specific warranty details are provided in the contractual agreement for each project.

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we aim to resolve issues through direct negotiation. However, any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nevada state laws and may require arbitration or legal proceedings.

LV Home Concept is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services unless specified in the contract. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as agreed in the contract.
