The homes
One master plan, three very different communities
Anthem opened in 1998 as a master plan in three parts: Anthem Country Club, Sun City Anthem and Coventry Homes. Anthem Country Club is gate-guarded, its golf course opened in 1999, and it looks out toward the Strip and the surrounding mountains. Sun City Anthem is an active adult community for residents 55 and older, built with single-story homes. So one kitchen here may be planned for entertaining, the next for easy living on one floor.

Two associations, two review committees
The Anthem Country Club association lists an Architectural Review Committee, and Sun City Anthem has its own Architectural Review committee under its board. Which one applies depends on where you live. Check your community's design review guidelines before any exterior change, and we note exterior items in the package so your contractor can plan the submittal.
A kitchen that works for decades
In single-story Sun City Anthem homes, a few choices make a kitchen easier to live with over time: drawers instead of low cabinets, a wall oven at a comfortable height, a seated prep spot, and brighter, even task lighting. We plan these in quietly, so the room looks calm rather than clinical.
Evening views without reflections
Where a home looks toward the Strip, the view matters most at night. We keep interior lighting low-glare and dimmable near the glass, so reflections do not hide the city lights, and we place the island and seating to face the view.

Anthem design questions
Do you build or remodel in Anthem?
No. We are a design studio and do not perform construction. We create the layout, selections, lighting plan and 3D renderings, and your own licensed contractor prices and builds it. You can check any contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board at nscb.nv.gov.
We live in Sun City Anthem. Can you design a bath we can age in?
Yes. We often plan curbless showers, a bench, grab-bar blocking in the walls and good lighting at the vanity, then show it in 3D so it feels like a spa, not a clinic. Your contractor confirms what the structure allows.
How do we start?
Book a $450 design consultation, 90 minutes at your Anthem home or our Las Vegas studio, by appointment. We LiDAR scan the space, talk through style and budget, and the fee is credited toward your design project.
Anthem Country Club is about 16 miles from our Valley View studio, roughly 30 minutes without heavy traffic. Studio: 3111 South Valley View Boulevard, Unit J-101, by appointment.
