You see the layout, materials and lighting in 3D renderings on the same timeline as our Las Vegas clients, and we refine them together over video until the room feels right.

Plans your local contractor can price
You receive plans, elevations, selections and a material list. Your own licensed contractor prices and builds it. We stay available to answer their questions during construction.

Historic district review
In the Westside historic district, exterior changes to contributing homes go through the city's historic review. Interiors are usually yours to decide. We design kitchens and baths that respect the scale and detail of an older house, keep exterior changes out of the plan unless you want to pursue approval, and flag any such item for your contractor.

Do you build or remodel in Carson City?

How does remote design work for an older home?
Older homes need careful measuring, so we send a detailed measuring guide or coordinate a local measurer, and we ask for more photos than usual, including ceilings, floors and anything out of square. From there the process is the same: video consultation, layout and selections, 3D renderings within our normal timeline, then plans and a material list your contractor can price.
Can a modern kitchen work in a Victorian?
Yes, when it respects the house. We often keep tall ceilings and original windows, use simple painted or wood fronts, unlacquered or aged metals and honed stone, and hide modern appliances behind panels. You see it in 3D before anything is built.
