We send you a step-by-step measuring guide and photo checklist, or we coordinate a local measurer to record the room for you. Either way, we design from real dimensions.
Step 3
3D concepts on the normal timeline
You see the layout, materials and lighting in 3D renderings on the same timeline as our Las Vegas clients, and we refine them together over video until the room feels right.
Step 4
Plans your local contractor can price
You receive plans, elevations, selections and a material list. Your own licensed contractor prices and builds it. We stay available to answer their questions during construction.

Well water changes the fixture list
With a private well, water quality varies from lot to lot, and hardness or iron can be higher than in a city system. We plan the kitchen and utility area with room for softening or filtration equipment if you want it, and we choose faucet finishes and shower glass that hide spotting. Your contractor and water professional handle the equipment itself.
Desert heat and dark skies
Pahrump summers are hot and dry, with intense sun and cooler nights than the Las Vegas valley thanks to its elevation. We plan window coverings, light-colored, low-sheen surfaces and layered, dimmable lighting so rooms stay calm at midday and warm after dark. Many owners value the night sky here, so we keep exterior-facing light soft.
Room to plan a bigger kitchen
Large lots and single-story plans mean a kitchen can often grow into an adjacent dining or family room without touching the exterior. We study the ceiling, the roof structure and where plumbing runs, then show two or three layouts in 3D so you and your contractor can compare cost against the result.

No. We are a design studio and hold no contractor license. We deliver the layout, selections, lighting plan and 3D renderings, and your own licensed contractor builds it. Check any contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board at nscb.nv.gov before you hire.
How does design work if you are in Las Vegas?

Our home is a manufactured home. Can you still design it?
Yes. We design around the structure you have. Some walls in a manufactured home are load-bearing in ways a contractor must confirm, so we keep the plan realistic, mark what to verify, and focus on layout, storage, lighting and materials that make the room feel custom.
Pahrump is about 59 miles from our Las Vegas studio, roughly 75 minutes over Mountain Springs summit, so most of our work with Pahrump homeowners happens by video and shared files.
