A golf community with its own gates and rules
Red Rock Country Club is a guard-gated golf course community at the foothills of the Red Rock Mountains in southwest Summerlin, with two separately gated residential areas. It has its own community association, apart from Summerlin's main village associations. Golf here dates to 1999, and the two courses include the Arroyo, which is open to public play. If your home faces the course, the fairway is often the main view from the kitchen and great room.

Your association, not only Summerlin's
Because Red Rock Country Club has its own association, its architectural rules are the ones to read first. Check your community's design review guidelines before any exterior change, such as a new window, a wider patio door or a relocated vent. We mark those items clearly in the design package so nothing surprises your contractor.
Designing around a fairway view
When the view is the golf course, we orient the island, sink and seating toward it and keep tall cabinets and appliances on the side walls. We also plan window coverings and lighting for privacy in the evening, since course-side glass can feel exposed once the lights are on inside.
A kitchen that serves the patio
Many owners here entertain inside and out. We look at the path from refrigerator to patio door, where a beverage center or second prep sink fits, and how guests move without crossing the cook's work zone. The result is a layout your contractor can price clearly, with options if the budget needs a lighter version.

Are you a contractor?
No. We are a design studio and hold no contractor license. We deliver the layout, selections, lighting plan and 3D renderings, and your own licensed contractor builds it. Check any contractor's license with the Nevada State Contractors Board at nscb.nv.gov before you hire.
Can you meet us at our home inside the gates?
Yes. The $450 design consultation is 90 minutes at your home or our studio on South Valley View Boulevard, by appointment. Since the community is guard-gated, just let the gate know we are coming. The fee is credited toward your design project.
Who leads the design?
Our AKBD-certified design lead, with 18+ years of experience, measures the space, listens to how you live and entertain, and guides the plan through selections and 3D renderings, so you see the finished room before your contractor starts.
Red Rock Country Club is about 10 miles from our Valley View studio, roughly 20 minutes without heavy traffic. Studio: 3111 South Valley View Boulevard, Unit J-101, by appointment.
