A 90-minute design consultation with a LiDAR scan of your space, ready to become the 3D model when your project goes ahead. $450, credited toward your design project when you move forward.

- You leave with an accurate scan of your space and a written direction, whatever you decide. The LiDAR scan becomes the 3D model when your project goes ahead
- A walk-through of your goals, style and budget, in person or by video with a 5-minute iPhone LiDAR guide sent ahead
- $450, credited toward your design project
Terms, plainly
- Book a time, then pay the $450 by Zelle (info@lvhomeconcept.com) or check payable to Lifestyle Architecture within 24 hours to hold your slot. Unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours.
- Once paid, the $450 is not refundable. It is credited toward your design package.
- Need to move it? Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Your credit stays valid for 90 days.
- Inside 24 hours the slot is forfeited, but the $450 stays as credit for a new date within 90 days.
- Design packages run $2,500 to $7,500. A 25 percent deposit (minimum $500) reserves your place, and the $450 consultation is credited against it.
- The balance is due when your 3D renderings are delivered.
- Two revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are $350 each.
- We take 12 consultations a month, three a week, so each one gets our full attention.

LV Home Concept provides interior design, planning and 3D rendering services. We do not perform construction. Construction is carried out by your own licensed contractor. Images labeled "Design concept" are digital concepts, not completed projects.
