Consultations happen at your home or our studio on South Valley View Boulevard, by appointment.

What does the $450 design consultation include?

The $450 design consultation is a 90-minute meeting at your home or our Las Vegas studio, by appointment. We LiDAR scan the space for accurate measurements, talk through how you live in it, your style and your budget range, and send a written summary of the direction. It does not include a 3D rendering. The fee is credited toward your design package if you continue.

Q: Can a designer work remotely in Reno or Henderson?

Henderson is inside our in-person service area, so we meet at your home or our Las Vegas studio. For Reno and other homes outside the Las Vegas valley, much of the design work, from 3D renderings to selections, can happen remotely from your LiDAR scan and photos. Ask us, and we will tell you honestly whether remote design fits your project.

Reno and beyond

Design is mostly drawn, rendered and selected, and that work does not depend on where the desk is. The consultation is the same $450 and 90 minutes by video: before the call we send a 5-minute iPhone LiDAR guide (Polycam or a free scanner app), you scan your space, and we review the scan live on the call, so you leave with an accurate scan and a written direction like any Las Vegas client. What remote projects also need is good photos and a contractor who will confirm site conditions. Some projects suit that well, others do not, and we would rather say so up front than promise a fit.
