What happens in the meeting
- A LiDAR scan of the room: walls, windows, doors, ceiling heights and utilities, captured as accurate measurements
- A conversation about how you cook, bathe, gather and store
- Style direction, from warm minimal and Japandi to classic
- A realistic budget range, so the design stays buildable
What you get afterward
You leave with an accurate scan of your space and a written direction, whatever you decide. The LiDAR scan file is yours to keep, and it becomes the base of the 3D model when you go ahead with the design, so nothing is measured twice. You also receive a written price for your design package. A 3D rendering is part of the design package, not the consultation. If you go ahead, the $450 is credited toward that package.

Our akbd-certified design lead (nkba) runs every consultation and brings 18+ years of experience. The studio is at 3111 South Valley View Boulevard, Unit J-101, Las Vegas, open Monday to Friday, 9 to 4, by appointment.
