What does a 3D rendering include?

What you see in a rendering

• Layout and island or vanity placement, at your room's real dimensions
• Cabinet style, color and hardware
• Counters, backsplash or wall tile, and flooring, shown together
• Lighting: pendants, under-cabinet, sconces and ceiling light
• Appliances or plumbing fixtures at their actual sizes

What to check before you approve

A beautiful image is not enough. Check aisle widths, door swings on the dishwasher, oven and fridge, counter space beside the sink and range, and how the finishes look in strong Las Vegas daylight. Compare the screen with physical samples, because monitors shift color.
