What speeds it up
A clear wish list, a budget range from the start, quick answers on revision questions, and everyone who needs to approve joining the key meetings.
What slows it down
Late layout changes, extra revision rounds, waiting on unusual samples, and scope that grows midway from one kitchen into a kitchen, bar and dining area.
