What does the $450 design consultation include?

The $450 design consultation is a 90-minute meeting at your home or our Las Vegas studio, by appointment. We LiDAR scan the space for accurate measurements, talk through how you live in it, your style and your budget range, and send a written summary of the direction. It does not include a 3D rendering. The fee is credited toward your design package if you continue.

How long does a kitchen design take?

At LV Home Concept, kitchen design takes about 5 to 6 weeks from the first consultation to a finished design package. Week 1 is consultation and measuring, weeks 2 to 4 are 3D design, weeks 3 to 5 bring materials into the studio, and weeks 5 to 6 finish the package. Construction time is set by your contractor.

What to have ready

Photos of the room as it is, a few images you love, a rough budget range for the whole project, and a sense of timing. None of it needs to be final. The consultation is where it gets clear.
