What does the $450 design consultation include?

The $450 design consultation is a 90-minute meeting at your home or our Las Vegas studio, by appointment. We LiDAR scan the space for accurate measurements, talk through how you live in it, your style and your budget range, and send a written summary of the direction. It does not include a 3D rendering. The fee is credited toward your design package if you continue.

What is included in a kitchen or bathroom design package?

A design package is everything your contractor needs to price and build the room: measured layouts, selections for cabinets or vanity, counters, tile, fixtures and hardware, a lighting plan and 3D renderings, organized in one document. It is not a construction contract. Your own licensed contractor handles construction drawings, permits and the build.

The $450 consultation is paid at booking and is not refundable, but you can reschedule free up to 24 hours before, and the credit stays valid for 90 days. Design packages ($2,500 to $7,500) take a 25 percent deposit, minimum $500, with the consultation credited against it. The balance is due at 3D delivery. Two revision rounds are included.

Packages run $2,500 to $7,500, confirmed in writing after the consultation. See design packages and pricing.
A 25 percent deposit (minimum $500) reserves your place in the calendar.
The $450 consultation is credited against that deposit.
The balance is due when your 3D renderings are delivered.
2 revision rounds are included. Additional rounds are $350 each.

Why the terms are simple

We take 12 consultations a month, 3 a week, so every slot matters and every project gets full attention. The deposit holds your place, the balance follows the renderings, and the two rounds of revisions are where the design gets refined together. Design only: construction is priced and carried out by your own licensed contractor from the design package.
