What your contractor receives

• A named selection for every cabinet, surface, tile, fixture and light, so it can be priced and ordered
• The lighting plan
• 3D renderings that show the intended result
• Notes on anything that moves or needs checking on site

What happens after the package

You share it with one or more licensed contractors. They price it, confirm what the structure and utilities allow, pull permits and build. If a site condition forces a change, a clear plan makes the adjustment small and obvious rather than a redesign on the fly.

If you do not have a contractor yet, the package is also the best way to interview one: a builder who reads it carefully and asks good questions is a builder who will follow it. Verify any license at the Nevada State Contractors Board.
